COVID-19 and its Policy Trade-Offs: An Assessment - October 28, 2020

Langenberg Speaker Series - COVID-19 and its Policy Trade-Offs: An Assessment

In this video, we discuss the pluses and minuses of various approaches to handling the coronavirus pandemic from the perspective of public health and the economy. Think of it as Sweden vs. Taiwan and how the experiences of those countries should inform US policy.

Dr. Jeremy Horpedahl, assistant professor of economics at the University of Central Arkansas and scholar in the Arkansas Center for Research in Economics, and Dr. Stephen Miller, Adams-Bibby Chair of Free Enterprise and associate professor of economics at Troy University, were the featured speakers.
