Joy Peluchette Reaches Research Milestone

July 5, 2023

Since the journal began tracking, no paper in Small Group Research has been downloaded or cited more times than Joy Peluchette's  "Virtual Work Meetings During the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Good, Bad, and Ugly." The paper, which was published in 2021, was downloaded recently for the 75,000th time. This is about two and one-half times the number of downloads for the journal's second-most cited work.

Peluchette is a senior professor of management and a research fellow in the newly formed Business Scholarship Forum. Her co-authors on the study were Katherine Karl and Navid Aghakhani, both of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
