Matt M. Adams
Matt Adams is the Coordinator of Development and Budgeting for the Hammond Institute. In this role, he helps oversee development and support opportunities for the Institute as well as assisting the Institute director with budgeting for operations and events.
Prior to this role, Adams was the Coordinator for the Hammond Institute’s Justice American Style Program, where he managed the program’s day-to-day operations.
Justice American Style focuses on helping students gain a better understanding and appreciation of the United States Constitution in their daily lives through the examination of key amendments, in particular, as they apply to the justice system.
As a part of the program, members of the Hammond Institute created a unique course called Justice & the Constitution. This course takes a deep dive into the United States Constitution and its relationship with our current judicial system. It explores the history of key Constitutional Amendments, examines landmark Supreme Court cases, and discusses how these cases shape current decisions.
In addition, Adams is responsible for the Hammond Institute’s website – – as well as various technical and graphic components in support of special events and activities hosted by the Institute on an annual basis.
Adams received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Lindenwood University (2015). He also minored in Business Administration and Interactive Media & Web Design, and subsequently completed his MBA from Lindenwood (2016).
